Our supported living care packages are as individual as the people we look after. All however, will be tailored precisely to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Our support services always follow a person centered, outcome based approach which promotes independence & achieving the very best quality of life.

Our support packages broadly fall into one of two categories:

  • Providing clients with support packages in their own homes on a flexible hourly basis
  • Providing clients with a supported tenancy. Finding them accommodation in either their own flat or a shared house with other clients, and providing care and support once they have moved in

Depending of the level of care and the support package required our support team are equipped to offer:

  • Varied communication approaches: picture symbols, makaton, social stories etc
  • Escorting on social activities and overcoming possible obstacles & managing risks
  • Budgeting assistance, bill payments, benefits & housing queries
  • Supporting healthy living; dietary advice & monitoring
  • Personal care, including managing & assisting incontinence
  • Medication; administering, appointments & repeat prescription
  • Prompting & support with cooking & domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning & shopping
  • Accompaniment & support with finding and attending employment and day centre activities
  • Supporting family relationships & social interaction & friendships
  • Support with transitions, outreach & respite care
  • Support with and attending meetings and or care reviews
  • Supporting behavioural issues & crisis management, recognising triggers & working with the client to develop self management systems
  • Staff fully trained in Non – Abusive, Psychological & Physical Intervention (N.A.P.P.I)
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including Social Services PCT, NHS & other healthcare professionals
